((1)) The DE PMP requires that every individual register as a separate user, using an email address as their username. If you already have a DE PMP account, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Instead, please select Reset Password and enter the email address used to create the account. ((2)) If you no longer have access to the email address used to create the account, please follow the same password reset process by entering the original account email address. All password reset options, including Mobile Phone (SMS) Password Reset, require initiation using the account email address on file, even if access to that email has been lost. You may then be able to use the Mobile Phone Password Reset functionality to perform password reset and regain access. ((3)) If you are a Medical Resident transitioning to a new role, please do not create a new account. Simply log in, go to My Profile, and update your role. Please click “Need Help?” if additional support is needed.
