((1)) The DE PMP requires that every individual register as a separate user, using an email address as their username. If you already have a DE PMP account, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Please attempt to access your account by selecting Reset Password and entering the email address used to create the account. ((2)) If you no longer have access to the email address used to create the account, please follow the same process by entering the account email address, as you may be able to use Mobile Phone Password Reset functionality to perform password reset and regain access. ((3)) If you are a Medical Resident transitioning to a new role, please do not create a new account. Simply login, go to My Profile, and update your role. Please click “Need Help?” if additional support is needed.
